When is CEL 24?

We are SO excited to announce Creator Economy Live will be taking place January 17 at Caesars Forum, Las Vegas.

We have a one-of-a-kind agenda planned filled with content crafted especially for Brands and we can’t wait to welcome you!

How do I apply for a Brand Pass for CEL?

We work hard to maximize the experience for Brands at our event!

To register for your FREE Brand Pass, please apply here. You’ll be prompted to answer several questions about your brand, your verticals, and your objectives for CEL.

*Please note our team reviews all issued Brand Passes. If your company and/or product is not verified, your pass will be cancelled.

How do I upgrade my pass to VIP? 

We don’t blame you for wanting to get the MOST out of CEL To get you upgraded to VIP all you have to do is 

I’m bringing a colleague to the show, but I’m not sure who will be joining me. Can I get a placeholder ticket?

While you can register someone with a placeholder name, each registration needs a unique email address. Don’t worry though, you can always update your information in the app or at the registration area.

I have a group of people I want to go to the show with, can I get any discounts?

The short answer is yes! We know everything is more fun with a group, and CEL is no exception. We have group discounts starting at parties of 10 people or more. Just reach out to and we’ll have you networking in no time.

Can I transfer my pass to someone else?

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you just need to go deal with it. Should something pull you away from us, we are more than happy to transfer your registration to a coworker. Please note, however, that once your badge has been printed at the event, we cannot transfer it to someone else.

How old do I have to be to attend CEL?

You must at least be 18 years old to attend the conference. 

I am from another country. How do I get a Visa for the show? 

While we can’t help you through the whole process, we can provide you with a Visa invitation letter for you to attach to your application. Please email with your:

  • Passport Number

Will recordings be available?

All sessions are recorded and recordings will be available for purchase closer to the kick-off of CEL. Remember—if you’re a VIP, Recordings are included!

Please keep in mind that all Recordings + Notes will available approximately 4 weeks after the event commences.

Where do I get my receipt?

You will receive a confirmation email when you register for the show. That should have everything you need when your accounting department comes around with all those pesky questions. If you can’t find your receipt, email

I have just completed my registration. How do I get my invoice?

Please email with your company name and billing address to receive an invoice for your purchase.

I can’t find my confirmation email! What should I do?

We know there’s nothing worse than leaving your ticket at home, but we’ve got you covered! Should you misplace your ticket, we can always look you up in the system on our end when you arrive at registration check-in. You can also let us know by sending us an email and we can resend it to you.

I found a typo in my registration! What should I do?

You can make any adjustments to your registration when you check-in for the show.

Making an adjustment before the show starts? No problem! You can update your registration information via a link to “Manage Registration Details” in your confirmation email. 

Can’t find your confirmation email? Reach out to us at with the changes you would like to make and we will be happy to sort this out for you as well as resending your confirmation email. 

How do I get my badge for the show?

Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email (please double check your spam folder).

You can collect your badge at our registration desk at Caesars Forum, Las Vegas. In order to claim it, please bring your confirmation email along with a valid ID. The exact location for the registration is to be determined, and we will have more information on this closer to the event. 

Can I still purchase a pass on the day of the event?

You sure can! Head over to the registration desk and the Customer Success team will arrange a pass for you. Please note, this will be at a higher rate than if you purchased a ticket before the event.

I lost my badge on-site, can I get a replacement?

We hate when we have to be tough, but this rule is very important to us. Should you misplace or forget your badge, we cannot reprint it for you. We don’t want anyone walking around the show pretending to be you! So once you have your badge, keep a close eye on it!



What types of payments do you accept? 

We accept the following card payments: Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover. 

My card payment wasn’t accepted. What should I do? 

We have found this is usually down to the billing address not matching the card you are paying with. Could it be a different one? If not please email us at support@creatoreconomylive.comand we will troubleshoot further!

I can’t make it to the show, can I get a refund?

Please find below our refund policy:

  • You can cancel your ticket and receive a full refund if you email us your request within 24 hours of booking. 
  • If you are wanting to cancel your ticket up to before 30 days before the event you will get a 50% refund. 
  • Tickets cancelled within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.

The show was postponed. What happens to my ticket? 

As per our force majeure clause, if we have to postpone the event to another date in the year, we will automatically transfer all tickets to the new show dates. If the new dates don’t work for you, please contact to learn more about your options.

My Visa was declined. Can I get a refund? 

If you are denied a Visa application, please contact within one week from the rejection and we will be able to offer a full refund.  



I’m interested in Sponsorship options. Who can I contact?

What is included in the Sponsorship package?

There are plenty of sponsorship opportunities at CEL, our packages are designed to connect you with your target audience and our sponsorship team can best assist you!

Where can I find the agenda? 

It has taken months to create the perfect agenda for CEL and we are excited to share it with you. We are currently working on the full agenda and will have it available to you as soon as possible.

Keep checking our website for all agenda updates which will be posted on our website. 

What time does the event open?

The opening keynote will start at 9:00am to kick-start CEL! The event will conclude at 6:00pm and we'll have the Official Party the night of the 17th at 8:00pm.

What time does registration open each day?

Early badge collection is Tuesday, January 16th from 2pm-5pm. You can collect your badge at our registration desk at Caesars Forum.

Registration opens on Wednesday, January 17th at 7am and will remain open until 5:00pm.

Can I attend any session at the show?

Networking and VIP ticket holders have admission to every session we have to offer. You’re here to learn, so we made sure everything was at your fingertips. The only trouble you’ll run into is choosing which one! 

Will the sessions be recorded?

All sessions are recorded and recordings will be available for purchase closer to the kick-off of CEL. Remember—if you’re a VIP Recordings are included!

Are the recordings included in my pass?

No, Recordings are an add-one purchase, separate from your pass. If you would like to add recordings you can do that when buying your ticket. If you’ve already got your ticket and want to add on recordings just email and our customer support team can help you!

What sessions are for me?

CEL hosts people from so many different companies that do so many different things! That’s why we have a search filter on our agenda for different topics, to help narrow down specific sessions. Are you a Brand? How about a Creator? We’ve got a session for you and so much more! Just head to our agenda, click the filter button, and select Topic Track to see the different content filters.



All attendees of CEL will be able to access the official event app. The platform will be available 4 weeks before the event and 4 weeks after the conclusion of the event. The app will allow you to:

  • Check out who is exhibiting
  • Message other attendees
  • Schedule meetings before you arrive in Las Vegas
  • Check out our content sessions and build your personal agenda

How do I log in to the event app? 

You will be able to access the official CEL 2024 app with the email address you used to complete your registration.

The event app will be released 4 weeks before the event and all registered attendees will receive an invitation to join as well as communications on how to best utilize the platform. 

I’ve transferred my pass to another attendee. How can they access the app?

The new attendee will receive access to the app via email after their pass has been transferred! 

How long will I have access to the event app? 

The event app will be released 4 weeks before the event and available for 4 additional weeks once the event has concluded so there’s plenty of time to network even after CEL! 

Are there any VIP perks in the app? 

Of course! Our VIPs will have exclusive access to our VIP meeting areas to network with other VIPs. 

How do I see who all will be at the show? 

One of the best things about being a part of CEL is the awesome perk of joining the Creator Economy Live community in our event app. This app is open only to registered attendees!  

Your fellow attendees will be able to see a quick snapshot of what makes you tick – including your full name and company, as well as additional details you’d like to share, from social accounts to headshots, or even just bio that you may choose to provide later.  

Don’t worry, your email address will never be visible so you decide who you want to network with! 

What if I don’t want to be added to the event platform?

If you prefer to handle things in person, that’s okay too! You can opt-out of the platform at any time, keeping your profile hidden. To do so, open the app, and update your profile settings. You can also opt-out by emailing us at



What hotel should I stay in?

The official hotel will be Harrah's and we've secured the best rates around, which you can find here.

Please note Connections Housing is the only official hotel provider of Creator Economy Live 2024.

Please be aware that there are companies contacting CEL attendees claiming to represent CEL and offering various services related to the event. Please email any third party emails to us at to pass onto our legal team.

What will happen with my hotel reservation booked through your link?

Are meals provided at CEL?

Lunch is provided for all attendees! If you're a VIP, you'll also get a selection of hot and cold snacks in the VIP Lounge.



Do you have a coat/baggage room?

We do not have a coat or baggage room on-site! If you are staying in the hotel, you are welcome to take advantage of any of the amenities they have available! 

What should I wear?

You should wear what makes you comfortable! Want to show off your favorite t-shirt? That’s fine! Want to aim for the more business casual fare? We like that too! If we had any advice to pass on, we would recommend that you include some comfy shoes in your suitcase. Networking means spending a lot of time on your feet, so why not some footwear that is easy to walk in while you count those steps!

I lost something at the show! Is there a lost and found?

Should anything turn up lost, we are happy to hold it for you. Just ask a staff member at registration or at the info booth.

Does Ceasars Forum have disability access?

Yes! Caesar’s Forum is ADA compliant. In accordance with the ADA, the center boasts permanent premises access accommodations, such as wheelchair lifts, elevator standards, door width standards, and restroom accessibility.

I got an email from someone saying they have an attendee list. Is that legit?

Should you receive correspondence from someone claiming to offer an attendee list, please do not engage with them in any way and report them to

Your privacy is very important to us, so we will never disclose our attendee list to anyone outside the event. The only way to see who is at the show is through the attendee app!
