Hosted Brand Program Guidelines


Are you ready to hustle and make some real connections?

Creator Economy Live is where the magic happens! You'll have the opportunity to participate in 3 meetings, each lasting 15 minutes and double opt-in. That's right, you both swiped right!  

Are you ready to crush it at Creator Economy Live?  

Consider us your wingman/woman for Creator Economy Live. We'll be there to help you make connections, navigate the event, and come out on top....But here's the deal: we need you to step up and take action. Don't worry, we'll guide you through every step of the process.  

So, let's get down to business. Here's what you need to do and when you need to do it by: 

November 29

Complete your profile on the app! 

We’ll email you to remind you to complete your profile on November 29, you have until 5pm on December 1st to complete this first task.

We’ll be giving you and the sponsors a 4 week advantage on the rest of the attendees, in order to get your meetings in first before anyone else does!  

Here's what you need to do:   

  • Introduce Yourself: Choose from a wide array of data points and also your companies pain points. This information will assist potential contacts in deciding whether they'd like to connect with you.   

  • Upload a photo to make you easy to identify!  

  • Confirm Availability: In the app, select 12 times slots you are available from the time slots given (we ask for 12 time slots, even though you will only need to complete 3 meetings, in order for us to find a time slot that works for both yourself and the sponsor.  

Registration Reminder: To secure your complimentary Hosted Brand ticket, make sure to register by November 6. Your timely registration ensures a seamless and productive Creator Economy Live experience.

December 11

Confirming Your Meetings (Quick process, under 10 minutes)

Accessible via: Both Desktop and Mobile App  

Here's what you need to do: On December 11, you'll receive an email containing details about your scheduled meetings. Your task is to review and confirm each of these meetings, and we're confident it won't take more than 10 minutes (and possibly even less!).  

Key Points to Remember:   

  • Your prompt action is appreciated by accepting each Hosted Meeting, up to a maximum of 8. No worries if the other party doesn't respond.  

  • Please be aware that any meeting not confirmed by the specified deadline won't be scheduled, unfortunately.

December 17

Choosing your Brand-to-Brand Roundtables  

On December 17 it is time to choose which roundtable you’d like to attend  

Here's what you need to know about Brand-to-Brand Roundtable.  

Brand-to-Brand Roundtables are 50-minute discussions involving up to 10 peers from fellow Brands. These discussions center around crucial industry subjects and are strictly for brands only.  

The sessions are scheduled from January 17 at 8-8.50  


Choose individuals you wish to meet.   

This process typically takes 60-90 minutes.  

  • Access the selection process through Desktop or the Mobile App.  

  • Look at the sponsors who are open for meetings   

  • Select those of interest and who you would like to meet with  

  • If you have any specific challenges or needs you’d like to ask the sponsors, please list these in the notes section  

  • You need to choose 8 people you would like to meet with; this allows us to facilitate double opt-in meetings (you are however still only contracted for only 3 meetings)  


Please note:  

Requesting meetings with multiple individuals from the same organization will still count as one organization. Similarly, if you opt-in to multiple requests from the same organization, it will count as just one organization.  

January 4

Accepting Calendar Invites for Your Meetings:  

You'll receive a calendar invite for each of your scheduled meetings. It's essential to ACCEPT all calendar invites ON THE SAME DAY by 5pm. It's a brief process, and, as you guessed, won't take more than 5 minutes.   

Important note:  

  • Simply declining the invite isn't sufficient.  

  • As a Hosted Retailer & Brand, it's necessary to accept all your Hosted Meetings  

  • In case a scheduled meeting participant becomes unavailable, we'll notify you. Emergencies happen occasionally, after all.  

January 16 & 17

Joining Your Meetings!   

Arrival Time: Aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your first scheduled meeting.  

No-Show Protocol: If your meeting partner doesn't show up, grant them a 5-minute grace period. If they still haven't joined, use the "no show" button in the Creator Economy Live mobile app.  

January 16  

  • Due to the show growing and feedback from last year with Hosted Brand participants, wanting to watch the content, we decided to open Creator Economy Live a day earlier to facilitate the meetings.  

  • Not just meetings, we will also be having fun with bowling and beers at Brooklyn Bowl  

  • Meetings on this day take place between the hours of 2pm - 4pm  

  • Check in with your Hosted Brand Concierge at the check in desk  

  • Go to your meetings with the branded meeting table of the sponsor  

January 17  

  • All meetings will be in the meetup area on the show floor  

  • They will happen throughout the day at your specified times (if we couldn’t get a time slot on 16th)  

January 20

Expense Reimbursement Process: It's time to cover your costs! The day after the show you can submit your expenses of up to $750 for your travel and hotel.
